Q. Will I receive emails from this site?
A. Yes! Emails that are sent to all registered classmates may display the following: noreply@classcreator.net or AlumniPBHS@gmail.com. Please put these addresses in your safe list to prevent any email bouncebacks or misdirected emails to your spam or junk folder.

Q. What type of emails could I receive from this site?
A. Emails will contain various updates on new website features, upcoming events and other important news. You may also get Profile Update or New Year's Reminders to keep your profile current.

Q. What is "Whitelisting"?
A. This is a general term for allowing email to come through from a specific email address everytime, regardless of the content contained in the email. Whitelist is also sometimes referred to as a "Safe List" or an "Approved Senders List". If you whitelist: noreply@classcreator.net, messages that may not ordinarily go through will now be received.

Q. Can I post my own photos or videos to the site?
A. Of course you can! You can upload all of your photos by clicking on "Photo Gallery" located on the left side menu.
You can also add photos to your profile by clicking "Edit/Upload Photos" under member functions which is located on the left side menu.
Videos can be uploaded that have been posted to YouTube.com by clicking "Edit Profiles" and then following the instructions.

Q. Does ClassCreator rent, sell, or in any way profit from having our names, addresses, and personal information?
A. No! ClassCreator does not rent or sell any classmate information or engage in any marketing or solicitation. All personal information is held strictly confidential. ClassCreator does not sell adverstising on the website or display banner ads or pop up windows.

Q. Can people locate my profile by searching Google or any other major search engine?
A. It depends. Your profile page is fully indexable by major search engines, but you do have the ability to permit profile viewing to only your fellow classmates.

Q. What if I didn't graduate from Poplar Bluff High School, can I still join this site?
A. Yes!! We consider any attendee of PBHS a classmate!

Q. I've forgotten my email address?
A. If you've forgotten the email address that you used to create your profile, contact an administrator and we can look up that information for you. Please note, we will not be able to tell you what password you used.

Q. I've also forgotten my password. What am I supposed to do now?
A. If you've forgotten your password, then please go to the home page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link which is located under the Members Log-In section on the upper right-hand corner.
